Unlike other translation or proofreading companies, I am the sole contact person and I do not subcontract any document or task: I perform the translation and proofreading myself and I handle all the administrative duties (e.g., quotes, invoices, written communications). Regardless of their English level and the quality of their work, all authors are confronted to a strict publication process.
