The translation of a document from French to English or of some parts of a text is a task that can confidently be delegated to Amphidea.
Entrusting me right away with the translation of documents from French to English is
time saving and cost-effective. To begin with, writing directly in English is sometimes more arduous and takes up much more time, because it requires the author to express complex thinking processes, analyses and argumentations which are mentally expressed in French in a foreign language. Furthermore, even though authors assuredly have the skills to write a text in correct English, it is more than recommended to have it fully revised by a professional before submitting it for publication (see rubric: “Why you should call on Amphidea”).
Entrusting me directly with a translation is time saving because it allows the author to save time while writing but it also suppresses proofreading delays because the document will not need to be revised afterwards, it will already be perfectly written in English.
Every professional field naturally requires a specific scientific, medical and technical vocabulary which varies according to the specialization. During the course of my numerous revisions and translations since 2012, I have never ceased to acquaint myself with many diverse fields (virology, parasitology, bacteriology, entomology, molecular biology, cancerology, epidemiology, etc). However, each project or document is unique and should the author work in a research field I have not encountered yet, I will grant it my full attention and perform if need be the required linguistic researches with the help of reliable tools (specialized dictionaries and lexicons, the reading of articles, etc).
